Over the past 20 years, we have developed a successful track record development projects across Leeds covering both residential and commercial use. These have ranged from office and retail sites in Leeds city centre, blocks of high-spec student flats close to Leeds University, and a luxury residential farm conversion in North Leeds.
Most recently, in 2019, we completed the redevelopment of a large listed building on Blenheim Terrace into a mixed use site housing 11 luxury flats, and two additional floors of mixed retail and office space.
On the horizon for the coming 12 months is the redevelopment of a large 19th century grade II listed building on a leafy residential street in Headingley, Leeds. Once completed, the site on Shire Oak Road will provide 12 high spec, luxury 2 bed properties available to rent for young professionals, as well as landscaped gardens and grounds.
