Stayed with this landlord across various properties purely because I could trust them. Very quick and concise when responding to queries or getting any necessary work done to the flats I stayed in. Always checked up after if there were issues; to make sure they were sorted, and we were happy with them. Felt there was little extra fluff to deal with when signing contracts and sorting out payment was hassle-free. Overall down-to-earth, professional, and felt like I was treated as a person, rather than a figure; like many Leeds letting agents.
